first exam day

22 Sep

My first exam, Programming 2, is finished. I did it well and am quite confident about the result (Gee, at least I will never have to take those GUI stuffs again). The timing was tight; I only had about 5-10 minutes to check everything before submission. One surprising thing is that almost everything in the exams was covered in the review sessions. A problem set was identical to what we had in the labs, which, in my opinion, is not good for testing. Anyway, it might have helped some of my classmates to pass the exam.

Only 3 more to go…

Today, I stayed at school until 9pm to review for the next course – Data Communications and Net-centric Computing. I had a look at the first 5 weeks of the semester realizing the subject is not as boring as I once thought. Hopefully I can finish this revision tomorrow morning in the library and get the question list sent to Stanley before continuing with the revision for Document Markup Languages.

It just feels great these days. I love this exam atmosphere because it keeps me busy without much worrying.
